This week, the dice brings us to a nourishing square: Abundance.
In Gyan Chaupar, abundance is not just material wealth — it is a state of being. A quality of consciousness. A knowing that there is enough, that we are enough, and that life is ultimately generous.
But let’s pause and reflect.
What does abundance really mean to you?
Too often, we confuse abundance with accumulation. More money. More followers. More things. But these are only outer expressions — and sometimes, they’re distractions.
True abundance begins inside.
It is felt in a deep breath.
In a warm meal shared.
In the quiet knowing that life supports us, even when things are uncertain.
Abundance doesn’t mean having everything.
It means being able to see and receive what is already here.
It is a shift from scarcity thinking — “I don’t have enough / I’m not enough” — to gratitude and presence.
When we live in scarcity, we cling, hoard, compare. We feel disconnected from others and even from ourselves. But when we live in abundance, we relax into trust. We give more freely. We create from joy, not fear.
This shift is energetic. It begins with awareness.
So how can we cultivate abundance this week?
Notice the small ways life is already showing up for you. A kind word. A full fridge. A stranger’s smile. A moment of silence.
Practice gratitude like a daily prayer — not to make things better, but to see more clearly.
Give something without expecting in return — your time, a compliment, a little extra kindness.
And speak this mantra softly to yourself:
“There is enough. I am enough. Life is abundant.”
Abundance is not a destination.
It’s a frequency. And we can tune in at any moment.
